  • Complete the Paxlovid Pre-Screening Questionnaire prior to your call
  • Show your valid Government-issued photo ID on camera
  • Be alone – one person per consultation

Paxlovid pre-screening checklist

In order to qualify for a Paxlovid prescription, individuals should meet Pfizer’s following criteria: 

  • Positive COVID-19 test (PCR test or rapid antigen test)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Body weight of at least 88 pounds (40 kg)
  • Mild to moderate symptoms of COVID-19
  • Prescription request within 5 days of symptom onset
  • No history of severe kidney disease

Important note: Self pre-screening is highly recommended before purchasing a virtual telehealth consultation with one of our medical staff to receive your Paxlovid prescription.

Seek emergency medical attention if you experience new onset chest pain especially if it feels like heaviness or pressure, a rapid heart rate, bluish or grey lips, skin, or nail beds, new onset or worsening confusion especially if it’s paired with drowsiness or new headache, moderate to severe abdominal pain, new onset trouble breathing or shallow, rapid breathing.
